Wayne Paul Frank started the Law Offices of Wayne Paul Frank on April 1, 1996, and has been practicing law since 1992. In 2008, he established The Frank Law Firm, PLLC.

The Attorneys at The Frank Law Firm, PLLC believe in giving back to the community. We volunteer at Rotary and Chamber of Commerce and are involved with many other non profit organizations. Volunteering is a part of the objective of this firm.

Wayne Paul Frank received his Juris Doctorate from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 1992. He has a Masters in Taxation from Baylor. Wayne Paul Frank started the Law Offices of Wayne Paul Frank on April 1st, 1996. In 2008 he established The Frank Law Firm, PLLC.

Mike Bucek retired as City Attorney for the City of Corinth in August, 2008. Prior to Corinth, Mike was with the City of Irving for twelve years; six years as Deputy City Attorney and six years as Senior Assistant City Attorney; eight years as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Denton; and seven years with the City of Arlington; two years as City Prosecutor/Assistant City Attorney and five years as Deputy City Attorney. His last fifteen years in municipal law were spent primarily as Legal Advisor to Planning and Zoning Commissions for the Cities of Corinth, Irving and Denton. Mike has extensive multi-city litigation background having been involved in a 22-cities lawsuit against GTE and a 30-cities lawsuit against TXU for delinquint franchise fees. In 1997, Mike was the recipient of the Texas City Attorneys’ Association “Assistant City Attorney of the Year Award”.

Mike has served as an Adjunct Professor at Tarrant County College serving as an instructor in Federal Government course work. He has two years of experience in private practice. Mike also has a background in School Law having served as School Attorney for the Arlington Independent School District (1989 – 1992).

Mike received a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1975 from Southern Methodist University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Political Science in 1970 from the University of Texas at Austin and an Associate of Arts Degree in 1968 from Wharton County Junior College.
Mike served in the United States Army 1970 – 1972 and was a recipient of the Army Commendation Medal.

Ms. Kittie Harris has been the legal assistant for Wayne Paul Frank since the Spring of 2002. Prior to that time, she worked for another real estate attorney in a Title Company.

Ms. Kittie is the mother of four grown children, and has one granddaughter and one grandson.
